The Virtual Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members remotely. This is an entry-level position and a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the administrative field.

Position: Virtual Administrative Assistant (Entry Level)

Salary: €10.00 to €15.00 per hour

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Remote (Istanbul Turkey)

Main Duties

  • Manage and organize electronic files and documents
  • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Schedule appointments and meetings and manage calendars
  • Assist with data entry and record-keeping
  • Conduct research on various topics and provide reports as needed
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
  • Prior administrative experience is a plus, but not required
