As the Warehouse Manager at Complete Farmer, you will play a vital role in overseeing our warehouse operations and ensuring the efficient management of inventory and logistics. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, optimizing warehouse processes, and maintaining a safe and organized working environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the agriculture or logistics industry 
  • Previous experience in the agriculture or agritech industry 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment 
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize errors 
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory levels are adequate to meet operational needs 
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies as needed 
  • Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed 
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the warehouse team 
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities, including transportation, shipping, and receiving 
  • Work closely with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods 
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations 
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns or hazards 
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of products and shipments 
  • Monitor product quality and address any quality issues in collaboration with relevant teams 
  • Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems 
  • Schedule routine maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency 
  • Generate regular reports on warehouse performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and labor productivity 
  • Analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
