Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage Key Accounts by entering invoices made by Sales Officers
- Cross check incoming and outgoing invoices from warehouses
- Enters sales returns invoices received from the warehouses
- File all invoices and sales returns received
- Handle Customer cheque payments, cleared, pending and cancelled cheques.
- Reconcile cheque payments with system and bank records.
- Notify supervisors of pending invoices.
Skills Required
- Possess an eye for detail in reporting financials issues
- Knowledge of computing software for accounting purposes, eg. MS Excel, TALLY among others.
- Must have good rapport and proficient communication skills
Qualification Required & Experience
- Degree or HND in Finance, Accounting from a reputable institution
- Minimum 2 years work experience
Salary: GHS1200 (negotiable)
