Evandy Hostel KNUST: How to Book Accommodation at Evandy Hostel.
Evandy Hostel is one of the best and largest privately owned hostels around the KNUST campus. The KNUST Off-Campus Students’ Accommodation Support System has rated the hostel as a Class B1 hostel based on its amenities, services, potential price range, and proximity to campus.
There are two Evandy Hostels in KNUST: the Main Evandy and the Evandy Annex. The main Evandy Hostel at Ayeduase New site is just three minutes drive from the KNUST Ayeduase Gate. In Ayeduase, adjacent to West End Hostel and three minutes’ walk from the Ayeduase Gate, lies the recently constructed Evandy Annex.

How To Make A Room Reservation at Evandy Hostel as A Fresher
STEP 1: RESERVATION AND DEADLINE
Visit www.evandyhostel.com to apply for a room. When allocated a room, an SMS will be sent to your phone number from “EVANDY” stating your room status and payment procedure.
STEP 2: PAYMENT
1. Pay at any STANBIC BANK using your student ID NUMBER and full name. ACCOUNT NAME: EVANDY ESTATES LTD.
2. Payment must be made within the communicated deadline. Any payment made after the deadline will not be acknowledged.
3. Any payment made at the bank without the allocation of a room will be refunded with a 5% charge on the amount paid.

STEP 3: REGISTRATION
1. Visit the portal and select registration, then proceed to new resident. Enter your student ID NUMBER and the 5-digit number (token number) sent to your phone via SMS.
2. Registration: Fill in your details and select register student when completed.
Go back to the main menu and proceed to step 4.
STEP 4: UPLOADING BANK SLIP OR PRESENTATION OF BANK SLIP
1. Take a picture of your Stanbic bank pay-in slip or receipt.
2. Go to bank slip uploads and upload a picture of the slip (recommended for students outside Kumasi).
OR present the original copy(s) of the bank pay-in-slip to the hostel administration. Your payment will be processed in due time only if you pay the full amount of the required hostel fees including GHS 100 for registration fee. A confirmation message will be sent to you once payment is processed.

STEP 5: OFFICIAL RECEIPT
Present your valid KNUST student ID card to the hostel admin with your bank pay-in slip.
The student has to be present to take a picture and sign a TENANCY AGREEMENT. Registration is completed and the resident receives an official receipt from the administration. NB: This stage of the registration process is very important and any student who doesn’t have an official receipt from the hostel is not acknowledged as A RESIDENT of the hostel even if you have paid hostel fees into our account.

STEP 1: PAYMENT
