List of scholarships available at KNUST for students
1. Edu Fondazione Scholarship
Edu Foundation’s goal is to promote higher education in Africa, with a particular focus on technical-scientific and agronomic studies.
The Foundation supports African students in the access to higher level education in their country of origin, through a scholarship scheme system.
It selects the beneficiaries on the basis of merit and socio-economic conditions by enhancing a student’s individual growth and enriching his/hers professional competence that can, in the long run, contribute to the country’s social-economic development.
Fondazione Edu is currently active in Ghana, Uganda, Mozambique.
Eligibility:
The Scholarship is opened to only First (1st) year students pursuing a full-time programme in the University.
All applicants must be Ghanaian Regular students.
Applicants should not be a beneficiary of another Scholarship Scheme at the time of applying.
Requirements:
All Prospective Applicants are to include the following documents;
- Admission Letter
- Acceptance Letter
- WASSCE Certificate
- High School Transcripts or All Terminal Reports
- Recommendation Letters or Testimonial
- Awards and Certificates (If Any)
- All Applicants should provide proof of need.

Submission of documents should be done at the Student Affairs and Financial Services Office (Room 19) at the Dean of Students, Office, J Harper Building.
Any write-up should be typed with the font Times New Roman, size 12 and double-spaced.
No Application will be accepted after the deadline. Only shortlisted applicants will be called for interview.

2. Hulede Foundation KNUST Scholarship
The Hulede Foundation is a foundation offering One-year Scholarship to Brilliant but Needy Students from all discipline in KNUST to enable them pursue their University Education.
Eligibility:
The Scholarship is opened to all KNUST students who are Brilliant but Needy and are in their 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year pursuing full-time programme.
Requirements:
The minimum grade for prospective continuing applicants must be at least Second Class Upper. First year applicants should have a WASSCE result /aggregate of at least Fifteen (15).

How To Apply For The Hulede Foundation KNUST Scholarship
All prospective applicants are to include the following documents in their applications:
- Admission Letter
- Acceptance Letter
- WASSCE Certificate (first year students)
- Recommendation letters (2) and other awards or certificates (if any)
- Proof of need
- High School Transcripts (First years)
- Continuing student applicants should also add their complete University Academic Transcripts or result slip signed and stamped by Heads of Department (only), (including current – Second Semester results).
CONTINUING STUDENTS who are beneficiaries of other scholarships are not eligible to apply.

3. Educational Pathways International Scholarships
Educational Pathways International recognizes, supports, and empowers gifted young people from families of need in the country of Ghana through a comprehensive university scholarship program, enabling them to develop their talents and make a positive difference in their home country.
Eligibility:
The Scholarship is opened to all Ghanaian students in their 1st, 2nd, and 3rd years, who are Brilliant but Needy Students of KNUST and are pursuing a full-time programme.
Requirements:
The minimum grade for prospective continuing student applicants must be at least strong Second Class Upper. First year applicants should have a WASSCE result /aggregate of at least Nine (9).
How To Apply For Educational Pathways International Scholarships
All prospective applicants are to include the following documents in their applications:
- Admission Letter
- Acceptance Letter
- WASSCE Certificate
- Proof of need
- High School Transcripts or all Terminal report (first years).
- Recommendation letters and other awards or certificates (if any).
- Continuing student applicants should also add their complete University Academic Transcripts/Result Slip Signed and officially stamped by Exam Officer. (Including current Second Semester’s results).
CONTINUING STUDENTS who are beneficiaries of other scholarships are not eligible to apply.

4. Mark Foundation Scholarship.
Mark Foundation is a Scholarship scheme that offers one-year scholarship to female students in the KNUST School of Business to enable them pursue their University Education.
Eligibility:
The Scholarship is opened to all Ghanaian female students in their first year who have gained admission to the KNUST School of Business with an aggregate not more than 10.
Requirements:
All prospective applicants are to include a copy of the following documents in their applications:

- Acceptance Letter
- WASSCE Certificate
- Proof of need
- Other awards or certificates (if any).
