Link Me Up Enterprise and Luckyman Transport & Logistics collaborated over the weekend to visit and provide donations to the SOS orphanage in Kumasi. The effort, titled Let’s Donate a Cedi to Help Support and Put a Smile on the Faces of the Orphans and Less Privileged, took place on Saturday, July 15, 2023.
The SOS Children’s Village in Kumasi received donations of clothes, books, pencils, tomato paste, toiletries, rice, oil, biscuits, and soft drinks from the team during their visit.
In an interview with GhNewsBanQ.com, the CEO of Luckyman Transport & Logistics stated that ”this step is a way for the company to give back to society, specifically orphans and the less fortunate”

He continued by saying that, ”going forward, this would be the organization’s policy, and that by using their services, customers would be making a cedi donation in order to support and cheer up orphans and those in need”.
And this is consistent with Goal 2 of the Sustainable Development Goals, which aims to eradicate hunger and guarantee access to safe, nourishing, and sufficient food for everyone, especially the poor and those in vulnerable situations, such as infants, by 2030.
