MTN Ghana Updated Data Bundle Prices 2022.

MTN Ghana, Ghana’s telecommunications behemoth, has announced an update of new data bundle charges, effective Monday, November 14, 2022.

Customers have received a text message alerting them to the upcoming charge increase from the telecom behemoth that dominates the majority of the Ghanaian market.

In a recent press release, MTN Ghana summarised and provided a full explanation of how data charges will increase so that customers are informed in advance.

The notice states that, with the exception of XtraTime, the review applies to purchases made through Electronic Voucher Distribution (EVD), MT Pulse, and Data Zone, as well as data bundle deals available on the short codes 138 and 170.

Customers who use mobile data will now receive fewer data bundles for the same price after this review.

Reasons for the Revised Data Bundle Prices

Explaining the reason for the update in the MTN Ghana Data Bundle prices or charges, the Chief Commercial Officer for MTN, Mr. Noel Kojo-Ganson, stated the review was necessary due to economic fluctuations that have increased business and operations expenses.

The new data charges for the MTN Ghana update will take effect on Monday, November 14, 2022.
