As the deadline for registering SIM cards or linking Ghana Cards to Sim Cards, which is July 31st, approaches, MTN Ghana is asking its customers to take use of the over 6,735 community registration points it has set up for this purpose.
MTN offices will open on Saturday and Sunday for SIM registration or Ghana Card Link to Sim Cards.
The required registration of all Ghanaian SIM cards was announced by the Ministry of Communications and Digitalization.
The registration period, which began in October 2021, will come to a close on July 31, 2022 according to the Ministry of Communications and Digitalization.
The Management of MTN say that MTN offices will be open for business on Saturday and Sunday so that many clients can register their SIM cards.

“We are encouraging all customers to comply with the SIM registration deadline of 31st July 2022. We have expanded our agent network across the country to ensure that every customer with a valid National ID Card can conveniently register.
Just look out for a registration agent near you and reach out for registration. For customers who are yet to link their Ghana cards to their SIM cards, we encourage you to do so using *404# to make the process smoother for you” The management of MTN Stated.
Since MTN offices are open on Saturday and Sunday for SIM registration, the public is urged to take advantage to register their SIM cards as soon as possible.
