GhnewsbanQ presents to you the NUGS Scholarship Opportunities 2022 for Ghanaian students. The National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS) is happy to share ten (10) fully funded Scholarship slots for Ghanaian students. The students in question should have the desire to pursue a 36 calendar-month PhD programme at the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
Doctoral Degree Fields Available:
- Petroleum Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Petroleum/Energy Economics
- Geosciences
- Occupational Health and Safety
- Microbiology
- Chemistry
Plant Science and Biotechnology as well as other related Sciences and Engineering Courses.
Eligible Criteria
Prospect applicants are expected to comply strictly with these requirements:
- Must possess a relevant M.Sc. degree from any accredited institution in Ghana
- A GPA of 4.0 and above on a scale of 5, and a minimum CGPA of 3.0 on a scale of 5 in their first degree or its equivalent degree.
