Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.

Order Management:

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor and update customer accounts and order statuses.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.

Technical Assistance:

  • Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or technical support team.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer service activities and performance metrics.
  • Identify and report recurring issues and potential improvements to the customer service process.

Customer Feedback:

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a multinational company.
