Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
Order Management:
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor and update customer accounts and order statuses.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
Technical Assistance:
- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or technical support team.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on customer service activities and performance metrics.
- Identify and report recurring issues and potential improvements to the customer service process.
Customer Feedback:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and report findings to management.
- Implement feedback and best practices to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a multinational company.
