Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Officer at Findus Recruitment Agency in Accra. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring and patrolling premises, conducting security checks, and enforcing company policies and procedures. The Security Officer will also be responsible for responding to incidents, writing reports, and providing excellent customer service to clients and employees.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role
- Knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Ability to operate security equipment, including surveillance cameras and alarms
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for long periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Security certification or training is a plus
