Warranty Administrator At Cummins

Cummins is currently looking forward to hiring a very talented and proactive Warranty Administrator to join the company’s team specializing in Service for the Distribution Business Segment in Accra, Greater Accra, Ghana.

Role Duties:

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Provides assistance for warranty operations.
  • Process warranty related information in appropriate databases under limited supervision.
  • Attend to requests in a timely manner, performing due diligence checks prior to updates.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to gather information to properly process requests.
  • Maintains inventory of warrantable failed components.
  • Provides training to Technicians on warranty.

Qualification, Skills And Expérience Required:

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • Intermediate level of relevant work experience required. 3-5 years of experience.
  • Proficiency with basic computer programs.
  • Relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
