Key Responsibilities:
- Accompanying individuals to appointments and community activities, such as classes, hobbies, or outings with friends.
- Encouraging and promoting independence among the individuals we care for.
- Administering medication as needed and keeping accurate records of administration.
- Offering nutritional support, including meal preparation.
- Performing household duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, oral care, and toileting.
- Assisting with mobility needs using aids like hoists and standing aids as necessary.
- Providing companionship to enhance the emotional well-being of individuals.
- Safeguarding individuals and ensuring a high standard of well-being is maintained.
